Having looked at your rushes, my feeling is that it is worth re-shooting. Your idea is excellent, good narrative, etc, however your lighting is a real problem becuase so many of your shots are silhoueted. You need to have lighting sources in front of the subject or to film at a different time of day - the French Windows are causing a real problem as light is pouring through these and you are filming directly into them.
ReplyDeleteIn addition, a number of your takes are very long. You could have a greater variety of perspectives that you can then edit together to create greater variety (and therefore interest). Do this as opposed to using zoom which is lazy.
Its hassle i know, but is really worth it for your potential grade. You have put alot into your planning so I want to see you are awarded with what you deserve.
